1. What this website is

Ranking Frontier is a website that describes our SEO, link building, digital PR and content marketing services, and publishes informational articles and guides. Every page is a static page — there is no login, no user account system, no database and no backend of any kind.

We build only with files that are hosted as-is: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images. Nothing you do while browsing is transmitted to us automatically.

2. How the contact form works

The contact form on this website is a frontend-only interface, and we say so on the form itself. It does not submit anything to a server and it does not send anything automatically. What it actually does:

  • It validates the details you enter — required fields and a valid email address — entirely in your browser.
  • It prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to rankingfrontier@gmail.com, pre-filled with the details you typed.
  • You send it when you choose to, from your own email account.

Because the form only hands off to your email app, nothing is stored by this website. Once you send the email, it reaches us the same way any email does.

3. What we receive when you email us

If you email us — through the form-prepared email or directly — we receive the contact details and message content you include: typically your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. We use that information to understand your inquiry and to reply to you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not share it.

We do not set any retention period for correspondence and make no claim about one; email is handled per message, and if you would like anything you have sent us removed or clarified, just ask us by email.

4. What this site does not do

So there are no misunderstandings, this site — as currently built — does not:

  • Use analytics, tracking pixels or visitor measurement scripts.
  • Serve advertising or run advertising networks.
  • Set cookies or use browser storage.
  • Load resources from third-party servers — fonts, icons and images are hosted with the site itself.
  • Collect, sell or rent personal information. We do not collect any through the website at all.

At present this website links only to its own pages and to email. If we ever add links to external websites, their own privacy practices will apply once you leave this site.

6. Children

This website is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site — and as described above, the site itself collects nothing.

7. Your choices

Any information you share with us is shared voluntarily by email. You can choose not to contact us, choose what you include in a message, and ask us at any time to clarify or delete correspondence you have sent. Depending on where you live, your local data protection laws may give you additional rights — we will always respond to a reasonable request made to rankingfrontier@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this policy

If the website changes — for example, if a real contact backend is added — this page will be updated first, and the "last updated" date above will change. We will not quietly start collecting information without describing it here.
