1. What this website is

Ranking Frontier is a website that describes our SEO, link building, digital PR and content marketing services, and publishes informational articles and guides. Every page is a static page: there is no login, no user account system and no database of our own.

We build only with files that are hosted as-is: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images. Apart from the analytics measurement described in section 4, nothing you do while browsing is transmitted to us.

2. How the contact form works

The contact form on this website submits to Formspree, a third-party form service. What it actually does:

  • It validates the details you enter (required fields and a valid email address) in your browser before anything is sent.
  • When you press “Send Inquiry”, the details you typed (name, email address, company or website if given, the service you are interested in, and your project details) are submitted to Formspree, the service the form is configured to send messages through.
  • Formspree processes the submission on our behalf under its own privacy policy. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field that visitors do not see or fill in.

Nothing you type is stored by this website itself. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly at rankingfrontier@gmail.com.

3. What we receive when you email us

If you contact us, through the form or directly by email, we receive the contact details and message content you include: typically your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. We use that information to understand your inquiry and to reply to you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not share it.

We do not set any retention period for correspondence and make no claim about one; email is handled per message, and if you would like anything you have sent us removed or clarified, just ask us by email.

4. Analytics, cookies and browser storage

So there are no misunderstandings, this is what the site, as currently built, does and does not do:

  • Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics (the Google tag) to measure how it is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and the type of device and browser. Google sets cookies for this purpose and processes the data under its own privacy policy. You can prevent this with your browser’s cookie settings or a browser extension that blocks analytics.
  • Browser storage. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is remembered next time. That setting never leaves your browser.
  • Third-party resources. The analytics script is loaded from Google, and the contact form submits to Formspree. Fonts, icons and images are hosted with the site itself.
  • The site does not serve advertising or run advertising networks.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information.

This website links to our social media profiles, and articles may link to external websites for reference. Those sites’ own privacy practices apply once you leave this site.

6. Children

This website is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

7. Your choices

Any information you share with us is shared voluntarily through the contact form or by email. You can choose not to contact us, choose what you include in a message, and ask us at any time to clarify or delete correspondence you have sent. Depending on where you live, your local data protection laws may give you additional rights, and we will always respond to a reasonable request made to rankingfrontier@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this policy

If the website changes, this page will be updated first, and the "last updated" date above will change. We will not quietly start collecting information without describing it here.
